8 – In the Hot zone

A Korean-American student named Seung Hui Cho got the deadliest shooting rampage in American history by killing thirty two people with handguns and later on killed himself. Can you sense the cruelty of the reality world? Humans tend to be rebellious since ages even during world wars where people started to conquer each other for self benefit. In the end, all you can see is destruction, fear, and countless of innocent villains. Till today i can still recall the Nanjing massacre and it will never perish from my mind.

Humans tend to be wicked.The Nazis revolution killing thousands of people that we will never forget and still listed as a part of history. Why do we still need to remember that? It might reflect how a person should behave in contemporary world but still where had all the sense of humour that everyone should have? Perhaps each and everyone comprehend it in their distinctive ways. Its purely culture. Even me myself can sense the difference of culture in here this university. Dealing with people would be the hardest job in the world that no one can deny that.

Yes. Everyone are now in the era of globalization. Everything are getting to be technical till it loses the purpose of life. People are relying too much on it and substantially leads to another issue that might happen soon. Maybe you can come out with a term for it with an ending of “-ian”.

Again, I’m standing right here conforming the surroundings. No turning back, and that’s how the very first day of the new semester begins…

Day 6 - Is this the end?

The rain had just went off..

the weather is soothing and cool. The connection is back to normal again. Somehow its just not the time to sleep yet.

Still awake and been been thinking the days left..
When was the first time entering this university?
Oh.. i remember.. it was three years ago. Kinda shocking that three had passed huh...

Oh.. next year will be the time to graduate.. Hmm..
2010 yeah. right on the way.

what is the day today?
its already Sunday and tomorrow .. the new semester will commence.
12 weeks of study week again.
1 tuition free week
2 exams periods
tons of assignments yet to be piled

how many semester to go?
2 more.. yes.. thank God i only have 2 semester left.
I'm now a final year student? Seriously i don't feel like one.
I'm gonna work after one year? better not to think about it. Case closed for the time being.

第四天 - 无理取闹

 

最近几天来，都是在学校的Student Service 泡

虽然学的东西是不多，只有在里面游荡，无所事事

可以讲是被人当透明将，我走佐出去都没人知道

现在的他们有佐上网注册班 , 办事效率比以前真是快佐好多

不像以前忙到飞头散发

连妈都不认得

我重记得以前我要应付一位女子

别看他人仔细细，一表斯文， 看他一面，都有些少晓得琴棋书画的样

怎知她一开口，就骂这里的工作人员

Me: Anything i can help here, Miss?

Miss X: ok, i want my offer letter NOW! Im in a hurry.

Me: Sure, can you please write down your name

Its not in the pile of letters… I should be asking Helen where is it..Me : Helen, one offer letter seems not to be in the file. Can you please check it for me?

Helen : Oh.. she only got to pass me the request form and now we  

             are too busy for it. Can you ask her to come back next week?

Me : I’ll ask her to come back next week. (reaching her after it)

Me : Miss, you offer letter is still in progress. Can you come and collect it next week?

Miss X: No. i want it now. I don’t care. Do i look like i can wait any longer????

I go back and ask Helen whether she can do it now since the student needs it urgently

Helen : no.. i still have plenty of application to do.. please ask her to leave..

Going back to Miss X again…

Me : Miss, I’m afraid you have to come and collect it next week. Sorry.

Miss X : i want you to print it now. What’s that so difficult to print a

               paper ? (eyeing at me with a furious expression)

Helen : Since she wants it so URGENTLY, ask her to wait and ill print now.

AFTER 2 –3 Hours later…. she is still sitting there..

Helen : degilnye budak ni .. biarlah dia tunngu lama tuu.. (passes the letter after 3 hours)

The girl was pissed and left the office. Till today i can still recall her name. Just yesterday i saw her ID card on the desk.  What a day……..

DAy 1 - Diverged Roads

Time passes really fast, and now I'm already in the final year of my degree studies. Its like WHAT!! I'll be graduating by end of this year yet many things are not yet done. All i can say is I do enjoyed and im still enjoying my campus life hanging out with friends and all the smiling faces in campus, hanging out with people around Miri, gathering with friends and course mates. AHH! i still have not taken a group picture of my course mates yet! gonna do it before its too late. Nahh.. its never too late for everything as long the faith is there.

Just recently, I had finished my summer course and the test questions were unpredictable. Once we got the paper in the lecture hall, everyone were stunned staring at the paper, wondering why that particular Theory question appeared in that paper which actually will kill alot of people for the term. Everyone were looking around and shaking their heads. Just can't imagine hows my results gonna be and hope I'm doing fine in my exam. Since the school's motto Ever Look Forward obviously there's no use worrying about the result. Right after one day the exam finishes, I had spent myself a food trip to Sibu and Kuching. it was a nice trip, and i had alot of food..Kampua and kongpia in Sibu, and countless of foods in Kuching. Not missing the important part of the trip...

PLANET SHAKERS!

Gonna start missing all my friends in Kuching and hope to visit them again.

That was a rainy night and ive been told its the very first rain after one week of dry hazy days. It was a cozy night but i do felt the warmth from all those who bring me to eat around. Again, Tony Fernandes didn't keep his promise for not delaying the flight and my flight was delayed for an hour.

Anddd today, is the first day of orientation week and im helping out in Student service as usual. It nice to see the crowd rather than slacking at home rotting. Tomorrow will be another busy day where students started to register for the classses. Till today im still thinking whether which field im interested to. Derivatives or going international? By tomorrow, somehow, the decision will come out by it is but for sure i dont wanna end up working as a teller in banks. everytime, i had this sound passing through my ears, "Bursa oh Bursa.. Im coming!!" that makes me stand till this very day.

Tonight will be the night Standing between the diverged roads.
